We provide honest condition descriptions, accurate measurements and detailed photographs to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, every piece has its own character and history. If you do need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

✓ The item must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received.

✓ The item must not have been washed, altered, damaged or show signs of wear after purchase.

✓ Any original tags or packaging should be included where applicable.

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned in a condition that differs from when it was sent, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Return postage costs depend on the reason for the return.

Faulty Item or Incorrect Order

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution. Where applicable, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Roundrobinclassics.

Change of Mind, Sizing or Personal Preference

If you decide that an item is not right for you, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred with your order.
